    Boa tarde, me chamo Angélica e venho aqui agradecer porque eu aprendi o stomach vacuum em dois dias por aqui. Eu assistia videos e não entendia. Agora sei inalar, exalar, levantar o peito pra cima e sugar a barriga. Quando você exala e suga a barriga para dentro, automaticamente ela entra. O mais incrível é que eu estou aprendendo o nauli agora, graças a vocês. Muito obrigada... se vocês quiserem um vídeo meu mostrando o o que eu aprendi com vocês me avisem. Eu tô conseguindo prender a respiração por 15 segundos, não é o máximo?!
