Ae, meu irmao quer ciclar, ele ja fez outros ciclos sei la quais mas desta vez ele pediu para eu postar perguntando um para ele, faz 7 anos q ele treina com alguns intervalos sem treinar e ele queria fazer o uso dessas drogas e pediu para eu perguntar aqui um ciclo bom de 6 a 8 semanas.
