whey protein nao substitui hipercalorico.

whey é somente proteina.(hiperproteico).

marca boa e cara sao as internacionais: optimum, prolab, universal.

marca boa e barata é nacional: probiotica, neo-nutri, athletica.

internacional é melhor, ma se tiver sem grana, compra nacional mesmo.

e se vc postasse em suplementos seria melhor.
