Esquece o Animal Pack. Tá muito caro pro que ele oferece.

Toma WHEY Isolado da Universal ou Optium com Malto. Se quizer coloca uma Creatina boa no combo.

Esse Animal que ele tá falando num eh da Universal naum ....eh um plagio ...mas se o original não funciona imagine a versão plagiada......

Desencana desses pack, fique com a Albumina , Whey , Malto e como a colega acima disse ,se quiser por uma creatina ou então c vc quiser um multivitaminico que seria a função do Animal tome Centrum.
