na embalagem de todas as creatinas, tem um aviso "após aberto, consumir em até 30 dias"...

tem algum problema se eu consumir depois de 30 dias (60 dias, por exemplo), ou mesmo, isso altera algo no efeito?

tem alguma diferença?

Meus ciclos sempre duram uns 2 meses...

Eh soh armazenar bem o pote...em local sem umidade...e qnd for tomar, fechar o pote rapidamente(n deixar a Crea exposta por mt tempo)..
