Cara, espera mais um pouco que às vezes chega, pode também ter parado na Anvisa ou Receita Federal, vão te mandar um aviso. Se demorar mais de 2 meses aí vc perdeu mesmo... Quando perdi 3 pedidos, falei com uns caras por e-mail e eles me devolveram o dinheiro dos produtos mas não do frete, o frete perdeu mesmo. Se precisar: service@bodybuildingservice.com .
