mas ae eu disse q nao quero toma myoplex e animal junto, queria toma um e em seguida o outro...

mas ae que horas q eu tomo o myoplex? no pos treino? e se for o animal?

myoplex vc toma 1/2 pack + malto no pos treino e c quiser 1/2 pack antes d dormir ou acordar...

animal eu nem sei pq n pretendo tomar... pelo q dizem aki, o custo x beneficio dele eh um dos piores..
