Opa , eu não sei se existe problemas de ingerir bebida alcóolica quando estiver tomando creatina , eu particularmente qunado estou tomando creatina não bebo , isso tem alguma coisa a ver? E tomo bastante água, se alguem puder me esclarecer isso e agradeço valeu!!!!!!!!!

álcool é diurético, podendo atraplhar na retenção hídrica causada pela creatina...

mas creio q em pouca quantidade não altere muito..
