Cara...vc passou de 15kg pra 30kg no supino em DEZ dias?!?! Pela ordem dos posts é mais ou menos isso...Eu tenho muita dificuldade em ganhar força, demoro MUITO pra subir pesos...Será que esse pack aí me ajudaria?Tô suplementando com creatina agora e nem ela tá dando conta do recado...Subi 1-2kg no supino só por exemplo.....
