Gostaria de saber qual o melhor hipercalórico. Peso atualmente 59Kg e tenho muita dificuldade de ganhar peso mesmo comendo bem, já cheguei aos 64 Kg com o auxílio das orientações do grande Guy Silva tomando Whey+malto+albumina. Mas parei voltei ao antigo peso. Queria comprar o Serious Mass, mas está em falta na corpo perfeito e não sei se acho em outro lugar de confiança q tb parcele no cartão, queria um hiper como o Serious que tem glutamina e creatina na fórmula se alguém souber onde encontro com as condições citadas ou outro melhor que proporcione ganhos reais pois estou muito magro e preciso ganhar pra depois pensar em definição.
