cara,,,troca de acadeia...pq sempre que vc trocar de treino vc ficar perdido pedindo ajuda vai ficar tenso...

 

fica me outra academia por alguns anos ate vc poegar uma bagagem de treiono..depois se vc quiser pode ate voltar pra esta

 

esta na hora de começar a criar experiencia propria..mas vc ainda precisa ser monitorado...TROCA DE ACADEMIA
