Panqueca de aveia com banana e canela

Massa: 1 ovo caipira bem batido, pitada de canela, 2 colheres de sopa de farelo de aveia, 1 colher de sobremesa de farinha de linhaça, 1 colher de sopa de leite ou água, algumas gotinhas de stévia ou xilytol. Untar frigideira com azeite ou oleo de coco e grelhar dos dois lados. Dentro colocar 1 banana bem amassada ou bem picada com canela em pó, frchar e esquentar um pouco. Opcional: colocar 1 fatia de queijo mussarela dentro e deixar derreter.
