Postado 20 de maio de 201411 anos Hello Patrick, I wanna know about the recovery period, how many days should I rest between workouts and how should I split workouts? Can I divide them according to what Mike Mentzer suggests in the Heavy Duty methodology, that would be Chest and Back, legs, arms and legs again?
