E ai pessoal, to com uma duvida cruel aqui!, mandei manipular Cobamamida 5mg (20 capsulas) soh q qdo chegou aqui (depois de tomar umas 5 capsulas), percebi que o nome que esta no frasco eh CobaBamida

queria saber se eh a mesma coisa ou se estou tomando a substancia errada! alguem poderia me tirar essa duvida cruel ??

e soh pra completar, o melhor horário pra tomar é antes ou depois das refeições ??
