Tem gente que faz o ciclo 111 2222 3333 4444 em 15ON 15OFF....

Já tem gente que toma no ciclo 2on 2off ...

Eu recomendaria o ciclo 15on 15off pois as doses vão aumentando gradativamente e seu organismo assimila melhor ...
