a foto postada acima é da albumina/whey da performance , nacional (nao albumina da Optimum)

sobre a albumina lá fora , como já falaram : whey e albumina possuem quase o mesmo preço entao o cara toma whey no pós treino e em outros horarios ele toma caseina ou algum mrp , soja isolada ou mesmo comida...

sei la mas aki no site ta dizendo q eh da optimum
