comprei a msm creatina primeiro o kara me disse q era da extreme + eh da natural option e nao eh nacional nao kara eh importada inclusive as instrucoes do pote eh tudo em ingles e o site eh em ingles =) ainda nao comecei a tomar paguei 50 reais vou tomar mes que vem ai posto os results
