O Melhor eu não sei... deve ser algum importado, das marcas tradicionais.

Atualmente estou usando um nacional, BCAA TOP (3000mg) da IntegralMedica, é bonzinho e tem bom custo x beneficio.

Bcaa em cápsulas? Eu acho o custo x benefício mto ruim.... É mais fácil comprar um whey protein.

Se for optar por bcaa... compra o bcca stack( universal) ou xtend... ambos em pó.
