Por que acho que há um concenso que a melhor ocmbinacao eh Whey + Malto, sendo Malto um carbohidrato...

tah, o malto eh de rapida absorcao, mas mesmo as wheys que tem carb (supanha q sejam os lentos) elas nao tem tanto carb assim, nao passam de 10g...

entao nao vejo muita vantagem comprar essa whey....
