Fala galera, adiquiri o Z-force hoje e queria saber como usar e se é bom!!

Ele é um ZMA (zinco, magnesio e vitamina b6) mas tem mais coisas na sua formula, como extrato de Tribulus Terrestris entre outros

eu queria tomar o TRIBULUS, mas me falaram que o Z-Force substritui melhor ainda ai resolvi mudar.
