Pessoal, comecei tomar o OPTI-MEN, já bebo mais de 5 litros de água diariamente, me alimento corretamente e td mais. Estou tomando conforme orientação, 3 cápsulas por dia, uma em cada refeição.

Mas uma coisa me deixou com dúvida, após o uso do OPTI-MEN, minha urina está com uma coloração amarela, pra ser mais exato, AMARELO MARCA-TEXTO!

Seu corpo está eliminando o excesso de nutrientes, normal isso, mais se a urina está amarela mesmo bebendo 5L de água por dia, diminua a dose que irá economizar dinheiro e ter os mesmos resultados.
