Brother, eu nunca tomei mas o instrutor da minha academia jah. Ele disse q é o bicho deu uma força do caralho pra ele e almentou um pouco ah massa magra. Quanto tomar e onde comprar eu nem sei mas sei q oq ele tomou foi o da optimum. Flw
