Tipo, o 100% whey protein da optimum já tem BCAA, só que meu BCAA TOP da integral que tava tomando ainda não acabou.

Queria saber, posso tomar os 2 ou é melhor guardar o BCAA pra depois?

Só pra avisar que vo tomar o whey, com malto e com o hydroxycut ou seja, perder gordura.
