Eu comprei... achei muito bom, menos a parte de treinos, 5 séries por exercício, ir pra academia 6 vezes pra academia,etc... mas da um enfoque geral no fisiculturismo muito bom...nutrição, fotos, história do fisiculturismo, curiosidades, guia de exercícios... mas é um enfoque geral mesmo, sem se aprofundar muito nos assuntos
