eu to sem meu pote de therma aqui.. mas... se eu não me engano a quantidade que vc falou (20 mg) é a quantidade por porção ... ou seja 2 capsulas..

cada capsula então deve ter 10 mg...

fenrisdw, no therma pro e em muitos termogenicos tem a erva ma huang. certa porcentagem dela eh efedrina entende? creio q uns 8% seja efedrina. Entao de 250mg de ma huang uns 20mg sao de efedrina, sacou? espero poder ter ajudado. []`s
