Micronizada. Qualquer marca HPCL ou creapure.

Na verdade, a melhor creatina que tem é a CEE mas não existe no brasil.

cvuidado com produtos universal no brasil, eles se originais são otimos, porem como não tem o frasco traduzido teoricamente não poderia ser vendido aqui, tome cuidado com produtos falsos, em relação a creatina to tomando optimum e to vendo bons resultados.
