seguinte, to querendo comprar uma Creatina, mais aqui na minha cidade não encontrei Universal, tem um cara que tem da GNC - 250g por R$ 80,00, dei uma "googlada" e vi que essa marca não é ruim, mais queria opinião de mais alguem (caso ja tenham usado ou conheçam alguem que ja usou)... vo usar junto com whey glanbia.

to esperando um amigo voltar dos EUA, ta trazendo um jack3d, tem problema usar junto com Creatina ? (sei q no jack ja tem um pouco).

to treinando a cerca de 1 ano e meio, 1.80 , 73Kg, 20 anos.
