Comprei o picolinato de cromo da bodybuilders e gostaria de saber de experiências de quem já tomou, isso pq no rótulo diz que ..."Entretanto, o efeito muscular de Body Cromo 200 séra sentido pelos que praticam exercícios"... Ahhhh então os efeitos musculares são a hipertrofia e ele atua tb como anti-catabolizador... Ufa, que susto achei que ele fazia vc perder a gordura junto com a massa magra... VLW mesmo que alivio... 8)
