olá, eu tenho 23 anos, 1,65, 80Kg e voltei a malhar a 8 meses só q estou malhando pra valer,estou tomando o termogenic da próbiotica junto treinos com series drop7,meu objetivo é a definição ,e tenho uma dúvida.

mano...eu usei esse GH da absolute e gostei...2 vezes

claro que vc não se deve apoiar somente nele...tenha uma dieta antes de tudo

tive redução dos niveis de gordura(pouquinho) e aumento de massa magra, melhora no meu sono e tudo mais...

tem gente aqui que não gosta nem de ouvir falar desse GH..com certeza vão mete o malho em mim :lol: mas eu gostei...e ele me deu tb um pouco de força nos treinos...

mas entre o absolute e o universal eu fico com o da universal...
