teve uns estudo ai, q disse que vale a pena tomar whey durante o treino ou logo antes de comessar a treinar... pra quando acabar de treinar o whey estara comessando a fazer efeito.... nao sei, axo mais confiavel tomar soh no pós treino, nao arrisco por $ no lixo

Tem aminoácidos sim. A proteina se forma da união de vários L-aminoáciodos por ligações peptidicas, portando polimeros de aminoácidos, pelo menos é o que eu aprendi no cursinho.

Tipow, acho q vc deveria tomar whey só uma vez. Toma albumina de manhã e de noite, mais em conta $$
