eu usei,e achei muito ruim.

esses famosos estimulantes naturais de hormônios naum funcionam.

tome no pós treino:

glicose+malto+whey

numa solução 2:1 carb:proteína em 400ml de água

q tah muito bom.

Natubolic hj em dia eh so um complexo vitaminico , pq a integral retirou a arginina e ornitina da composiçao , entao , nao estimula mais libraçao do hormonio
