Oi demorei um poko p volta pois meu pc estava arrumndo...bom vou fla dos efeitos pois estou tomando creatina da universa tb, mas deu pra ve uma boa dierenca na qualidade muscular estou ficando mais defindo...bom vamos durante o treino senti um poko mais de forca e uma recuperacao muito mais rapida e pouca fadiga muscular no final das series...a partir de amanha irei postar o dia a dia do treino, estou no quinto dia de uso, espero que acompanhem, obrigado ate mais..
