Pode mas de nada vai adiantar se sua dieta for ruim e como vc está magro, provavelmente ela é ruim

Como o amigo disse ai em cima , sem uma dieta , muito não adiantara. Pesquisa ai no fórum sobre dietas para bulking veja quais se encaixam no seu perfil e monte a sua.
